It is somewhat possible if you can find a VERY efficient emulator, even then you may still run into huge performance issues. You see, Fedora and any other flavors of Linux have not been able to fully utilize the PS3's RAM architecture. So, if you are using a software emulator on top of the Linux OS, then you are simply adding more stress to the existing RAM bottleneck. I emulated Windows 2000 on top of Fedora w/o XWindows running, it worked, but it ran extremely slow... You can try it out, but I somewhat doubt it will work, and even if it does, the games will not be playable due to slow performance.
