I wouldn't say they stole anything from Sony actually. Did Sony steal the idea of the motion sensitivity in the Sixaxis from Nintendo? Of course not, they knew they had to offer consumers an alternative to the lack of rumble. TBH as much as I quite like the 360 it's a horrible looking machine. I think it's an attempt by MS to tackle the higher end of the gaming market. For those that go on aesthetics. They don't need to copy Sony in any way since currently they ahead (of Sony) in the race for this gen supremacy anyway. This new machine will give them an even far wider reaching audience, it also will look a lot better too. I still won't buy one though since Xbox doesn't really interest me.

I agree with ScootaKuH, M$ didn't steal anything from Sony, they were just a bit more concerned about the competitiveness of the dated original 360 after the release of the PS3. As a result, they simply outfitted the original 360 with a new coat of paint and some better and more competitive technology. In my opinion, they are forced into making this new 360 Elite to better compete with the PS3 and hopefully maintain their market leadership in this generation. Although they won't admit it, but M$ is scared... that's all.

If Microsoft stole HDMI from sony then sony stole motion sensor from nintendo and hard drives from microsoft. While were at it, Sony stole their entire controller design from Nintendo and Nintendo stole rumble from someone else. Actually...everyone stole the idea of consoles from Atari.

Winning at motorstorm is just about picking the right vehicle and not crashing. Most of the time speed rarely comes into play. Unfortunately I've only won 5 out of around 100 races but 90% of the time I finish in the top 3

Yeah I do come in the top 3 quite a lot but it's frustrating that the game doesn't rank you on 1st, 2nd and 3rd. It's 1st or nothing which i think is grossly unfair. But maybe I'm just bitter because of my poor win record

What also matters is the infinite boost exploit. Whatever you do, don't constantly tap x really really fast *wink wink*.

im also in the top 3 often too but so far in the 40 or so races i have played (few cuz im busy wi splinter cell) i aint won once, lol, i dont find speed the issue, choosing the right vehicle and the right vehicle class for each race is most important, so know your tracks and keeps eyes open for hosts changing tracks, boost is a big help if used right, and knocking other bikers off their bikes is most enjoyable, especially with a headset 2 taunt em
