FFVII Remake
No, but SE is changing their business model and moving to more remakes thanks to the success of Finest Fantasy for GBA and FFIII for DS. FFVII remake in the works? I hope not.

It would be pretty cool. Will it happen? Who knows.
It would be pretty good to see original FF games with next gen graphics though. (Like FF1, II etc)
I have them on PS1, but I can't get into them. I'm gonna try them on PSP, when they get released in the UK. |

i want a FF7 remake because that was the BEST game ever on playstation!
i remember most of it, i remember at the first part of the game you was on a train and you got off and had to sneak around in some building, then you had to set off a bomb and then................oh my i could go on all night lol

that sentance went on too long, it should have finished after "ever".
i dont know if i'd like a remake though, cos the angular, anime graphics added to its charm. also made the cutscenes all the more attractive.
However if it is released it would definately sell well. |

i hope it will be released,i cant see why they wont,they have released a trailer showcasing what is capable on the ps3,and anyone who has seen advent children will know exatly how it will look.I have heard that if they do remake it,there changing the battle system to more like 12 ( boo that was complete crap ) and they will be adding voices.However thats not a big loss,if they use the voice actors from ac,and give you the chance to skip scenes you have already seen,then this will be an absolutly must have game...mind you it would sell no matter how they released it,even if it was a direct ps1 port.

if they do the remake they should atlest have the original packaged in with the remake. as for voices being added have it to where you can turn them off and on. battle system leave as is, all that being said i don't know if i would buy it. i've beat it 5 times and did everything on 1 file and while it is one of the greatest games made i don't know if i could get into it again.

They are i think making a final fantasy 7 remake tho im not sure if they stoped making it as there have not been any new info of it for sometime now but i do know final fantasy 13 is coming

No, not the best. I played it for 4 years and when I tried to play WoW I just didn't like it b/c I was used to the gameplay of XI.

The only Final Fantasy game I ever like was VII . I only got half way through it on the PSX . So I really hope they make a remake.
