I wouldn't get one. I have one but the only good games for it are the two GTAs.

I just won one on ebay a few days ago, hopefully it gets here soon. You can get really good deals on ebay if you watch. heres the one I got http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...0103&rd=1&rd=1

7 games with PSP for 210$ (thats counting shipping with the price) is a awesome deal considering the PSP alone is 170$.

Main reason i got one is because I'm bored at school and they are gonna have games that it can work with for the PS3, can't wait.

Also there are more good games for the PSP then just GTA's, Metal Gear acid is pretty sweet.

I bought my wireless router specifically for my PS3 and once I got it all set up I thought I might as well get my PSP working with it as well. I found it as easy to set up as my PS3. ie. it took only about one minute to get up and running. The remote play between PS3 and PSP isn't really up to much, tbh I don't even know what the point of it is, I tried it and thought why?
The browser on PSP is functional enough. I tend to use it sometimes to access this forum and to make posts on it. In fact I use the browser more than I play games on it.
There's loads of good games coming for it: Elder Scrolls Travels, Silent Hill Origins to name a couple of the bigger ones. There's also a load of good games already out, such as the GTA games, Killzone Liberation, Metal Slug Anthology, Metal Gear Ac!d 1 and 2, and Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops.

I have a PSP, I love it and I would recommend it.

Though I'm tired of convincing people because there's certainly more than enough games on the PSP right now and even more that are coming soon.

Like FF1 & 2, FFT: Lion Wars, Crisis Core: FFVII, DISSIDIA: Final Fantasy, God of War: Chains of Olympus...

*wipes brow*

Sure is a lot of Final Fantasy games announced for PSP now! Waiting for a EU release date on the other hand...*sighs*

Although on the back of the GoWII booklet it does say "Coming Soon" with the PSP logo. Don't know how long soon is though.

It's definately worth every penny. great console. great graphics. It literally shits on the Nintendo DS. the DS is for kids.... (no offence to anyone), but the PSP is a media centre as well as a console. You can browse the internet wirelessly, you can play music (mp3s and wma's), you can play movies, play games off the memory card, including demo's. You can play against friends without them even having the game in some cases (i know you can do this on the DS too but still...), the game UMD's hold MUCH MORE than DS Carts.....

Better games out on the PSP, unless you like Mario and Pokemon re-hashes...

And when FF7: BF comes out.....it'll be: FF7 - Before Crisis >>> Any DS game

recommended indeed. (and no, i'm not a fanboy!)
