that really doesn't come as a shock to me. the x-box and the 360 has had problems. hell i went out a brought a brand new x-box about 2 years just so i could play kotor. with in a month the damn thing wouldn't work. i got pissed and took a baseball bat to it. anyways i will never agian own any console made buy mircosoft.

i wonder if my 360, sitting right next to me actually, will break after playing really loud music which vibirates my whole room. it did befor =[ and i'm doing it again..

you guys shouldn't take the piss, its taken all this time for ms to admit that, so there is plenty of time for sony to turn around and say our ps3's are faulty too, don't laugh, jus shut you holes and hope it doesn't happen to you one day

that being said my mate has had a 360 since launch, runs like a dream, no problems at all

Do you guys read? The guy who posted the "news" was not able to provide his sources. I'd say it's just his opinion on the matter. My brother purchased a 360 on launch day and it's still running without a problem. I purchased mine on January and it's still running. I agree that the 360 is an inferior product manufacture-wise than the ps3. But I simply cannot believe that M$ is willing to risk a gargantuan global sue by saying it out loud.

I did not get a xbox 36o because they over heat and break and they are not even that good i have a ps3 and they are alot better the graphics are better and the gaming is better and the ps3 has blu ray the quality picture you can have so i think that the ps3 is alot better.

to be honest i was tempted wen the price dropped then the finally announced the actual realease date for ps3 and never gave it a second thought

A lot of us are getting proof on what a lot of us has said on these forums: 360 SUCKS!!!!! Even if the article is some wild piece of speculation it only continues to highlight the never ending problems MS are having with the console. Another lawsuit is pending in the States over scratched discs and the fact that my cousin got the three red lights of death straight out of the box only proves that MS were too quick out of the gates to get ahead of Sony. However PS3 owners like myself should be careful. The same just slightly might happen to us in two years time. Not likely but just.
