Grand Theft Auto 4 Achievements - *Spoilers*
Here's some screenshots from the achievement screens in GTA4, be warned though because ofcourse they do contain spoilers!

Also, according to the latest edition of PSW magazine, GTAIV will be updated to include support for HOME. This means that earning in-game trophies will give users items to decorate the Home space with and customise their avatar.
