Please Please Help
I am getting an error code when i try to load the game from the xmb bar.
Any one else having this problem?
code is 80010514.

What game is it?
does it happen with all or just some of your games?
Can you play audio or video Blurays/DVDs/CDs?
Have you tried cleaning the disk?
Is you firmware up to date? (2.36 is the most current however 2.4 is just around the corner)
Answer these and we can start to trouble shoot the problem?

The games GTA4,no games or audio run.the disks are clean and im up to date with my firmware version.I tried resetting tne drive but it made no difference.
Any idears?

Is your PS3 still in warranty? If not i reccomend you sign-up to the Sony Continuous Play warranty service here:
http://continuousplay.co.uk/

Once that's all completed i'd ring the customer care and they'll organize a replacement console for delivery with 48 hours.

Cheers spirit,i phoned the playstation care line and they sent a refurbished console straight out to me.They was very good.i found out later that the error code i had means a massive failure of the blu ray drive(code of death it has since been dubbed!!).
