Post pics of your setup

Ok, the other thread hasn't really gone down well and it's full of writing than anything else...so i'm kinda starting a new one. I'll go first...

note - this is not going to be my final setup...i'm getting a bigger tv inplace of that one.

I wanted to show my computers too. Asus R1F tablet, Home made comp w/ an A8N32 - SLI motherboard, 2gigs of ram, Opteron 185 (coming soon its on order, single core 1.8 gigahertz over clocked to 2.6 for now), Two WD Raptor hard drives in a raid 0, and an EVGA 7900gt video card. The Linux/Unix box (Free BSD) which is in an old Alienware case, with even older internals (not worth mentioning).

Once i'm done updating my ps3, I will post some shots of Fedora on my crappy SDTV. (gonna make a post asking what HDTV I should buy).

Here is my effort. 42" Samsung Plasma on the wall. Creative 7.1 surround sound with decoder - dunno what it does but sounds good.
PS3 and Wii connected via a new Netgear NEXT router that chucks out 270Mbps wireless. Got a samsung Q1 which I dont really use apart from holidays and an NC6310 laptop that needs replacing. Sort of. Luckily I work in IT so these things come errrrrr.......... lets call it cheap shall we?

Ignore the decorating - I recently bought a house and am having trouble finding time being arsed to decorate whilst a certain black box is sat nearby. And yes that is a Kratos sat in front of it. How geeky!! ;-)

I have to admit that I was concerned before I did it. I guess it depends on how big your lounge is. I am sat far enough back that it doesn't make a difference at I reckon its better. you can lie back on the sofa and that is the general direction you are looking. Films are awesome as its like being in the cinema.
BTW the way PM if you want me to get a cheap one for your folks. I'm in the trade and my 'cost' £599 ex vat. People like Comet and that make a killing on these things.

I mean thats what i do for a living. I sell IT equipment and that includes plasma's. yea I can get cheaper than the shops - bigtime. Let me know when they are ready to buy.

Yea take a pic and I'll tell you if it wont work or not from what I can see.

BTW - I cant get on the PS3 network. Any ideas - is it down at the mo?

One of my cousins and a mate wanted to buy a PS3 but the price was an issue for them. Is there any chance you could get a discount on PS3s??
