I am confused...or maybe lost on this matter...and befor i even attempt to write this, i don't think in anyway shape or form think this is a bad thing.....ok.....

Why is Europe only getting the 60GB PS3 and only in black =S

I wanted a white PS3 to match my new wallpaper =[

You want this machine?? You buy it the only way "WE" will allow you to buy it, the big version. We have the smaller model, but we want your money, so screw you you Euro scum! LOL, something like that. Thats one thing that miffed me off too, but hey, life's a bitch. And at the end of the day, there are NO profit making firms that "really" care about joe public, so long as they get you to buy their product, why would they, thats what they are there to do at the end of the day, make money from me and you!

We only have the black color choice too at North America. I don't think there is a white PS3 yet... You may have seen those E3 photos where they demonstrated the PS3 concept, but to my knowledge, the production PS3 are all black.

Yeah, thats where i saw the white and silver PS3's =/

Oh well i'm not complaining..........as long as i get a PS3 i be happy....even if it was in pink =/

i think it looks its best in black anyway, but i imagine new colours will be available further down the line, but like you said i don't care so long as i have the ps3

I believe that soon, only the 60GB model will be availble in U.S.

I mean, EB Games is no longer selling the 20GB console, it has terminated it's contract to do so.

I belive EB is one of America's biggest game stores, and if they stop selling it, then I expect others will follow in there track.

As for black being the only colour? I dont mind! I think it looks better, I mean...if there was a silver console, you wouldn't be able to notice the silver strip!

Their was a white console made by an internet gamer site, which they then sold on ebay for $1400, they are also making a red one.

You can buy different skins to go on the ps3, but i think they look best in black!

When I first seen the white version, I really wanted it! But, it's been a long wait...and, this white one compared to the black model...look's a bit tatty, does it not?

Again, nowhere near as nice as the black.

Black is best. Also I would never EVER have gone for the 20gb version so it makes absolutely no difference to me.
