OK firstly Jeter...what do you mean "taking it back to its roots by setting it in liberty city"?

Secondly gamerader, stop talking shit. "All of the other GTAs have been black gangsta" no... thats just San Andreas. Every GTA guy has been white except for CJ.

Thirdly Everyone, the guy is middle eastern, not russian.

what im saying is that GTA was started and made big when GTA 3 came out which was set in new york (liberty city) and im glad that they decided to go back because i feel that it was the best game in the series

GTA in its roots would be a top down shooter.......roots normaly means the start not the middle idiot....

Wow the stupidity and ignorance being shown in this thread makes me want to kill myself...if jeter and crispino are good examples of humanity then we really have no hope of surviving.

GTA was a hugely popular series before GTA3. I've actually played every GTA game except GTA3. GTA did not make the series popular, it was popular a long time before GTA3 ever hit the shelves.

As for the racist undertones present in this thread, please refrain from making idiotic statements about middle easterns wearing turbans. The turban is primarily worn by Sikhs as they cannot cut their hair (and need somewhere to put it basically). If you hate sikhs then you are an idiot as for the most part, Sikhs are peaceful. Look on TV at what an Iraqi looks like. They're middle eastern and muslim and oh look! Most don't wear anything on their head.

For those completely ignorant to religions, they can be broken down quite easily:

GTA 4 news: Remember the boring pedestrians that walked alike, and looked the same as each other in the original Grand Theft Autos? Well, thanks to Rockstar, and their "customs" engine, now the people always look different! Each have different expressions, such as crying, getting into arguements, making-out near the bedroom window (make sure you get your binoculars when they do this!), anyway, they dress differently, carrying grocery bags, suitcases, backpacks, skateboards...

yea, i remember seeing all these look alikes and definately thinking that, that was the games weak spot. I noticed" Resident Evil 4" was a little like that also, but not to the extent of "san andreas". In san andreas i was looking for something to do all the time and couldn't find anything. Once the missions finished i was bored. But still, she was a big game and the missions did keep me busy up to that point. The backpack was clearly my style of getting around when i failed a mission( and man i did plenty of failing) i would spawn that. The train chase took me ages, i just couldnt get it, then finally it all came together. Man was i happy after that. Regards Grassy
