Playstation 3 European delay 'Not true' say Sony
Sony have today responded to rumours that the PS3 console will be delayed in Europe later than March 2007.

Sony told online industry website GamesIndustry.biz that "Any reports of a further delay to the launch of the PS3 in Europe are categorically not true."

The Sony rep also added: "We are still fully committed to a March 2007 launch date. Ken Kutaragi has not done any media briefings since the Tokyo Game Show, and the story is not true."

The PlayStation 3 is scheduled to launch in Japan on November 11 and will be followed in North America on November 17.
