I haven't played both games on ps3 but i believe that Splinter Cell is going to be better.

I have Splinter Cell.

Good points: nice gameplay, good storyline, nice graphics, amusing online play...

Bad points: framerate issues (ports have that), some lock-ups, online mode doesn't always connect the last few days...

I'd recommend you rent.

As for FEAR, if you've played the PC version I suggest you either rent it or leave it alltogether, it doesn't offer anything innovative.

F.E.A.R sucks on PS3 (got a 360? get it on that instead)

SPDA is good, but nothing spectacular...just another tom clancy game with better graphics...

seriously, don't get any of those games and go for something better.
