my love for PS3 is still great
ok, so i've made a weird decision and i'm sticking too it. i'm trading my 360 and PS3 in at gamestation for a hefty credit note and keeping my Wii. the reason? well i don't think the PS3 is performing all too well atm and i've been dissapointed with the recent games i've brought/rented. Resistance looks to be the only decent game, that i like anyway, thats out in the next 6 months...i'll buy another PS3 in time of GTA release...not sure about 360 atm.
the other reason i'm doing this...is well i've recently found out gaming is pretty expensive. i'm spending close to £50 a week on games and other things like controllers, face plates ect ect......so i'll be saving a load of money.....so i will be benifiting from this. not to worry though, i'll still be very active on here.......so yeah PS3 & 360 out....and i get to play my Wii for the first time since release lol

anyway i may buy a new one next week or summit..........=/
btw my PS3 has been dropped (not literally but it kinda banged against the floor) and has been moved about so much it's not playing the games properly anymore.......=/
thats kinda the real reason but i also want to save up money for the summer ect....

ok i change my mind...i'm keeping 360 and selling PS3 until we get some decent games..............................and i mean proper games like GTA, killzone, resi evil ect ect ect.....those are the games what made PS2 great and i'm sure they will make PS3 great too........

Why are you keeping the Wii? Otherwise, the 360 is a keeper and best of luck on finding someone that will buy your PS3.

i think your making a smart move... gratz....
i dunno about keeping your 360 tho... you'll be spending money on that...
you should sell ALL consoles, then wait till better games come out (7th sept here in the UK), by then the ps3 will come in a bundle with the games and will be pretty cheap anyways.
keeping 360 and wii will only tempt u into buying more games and useless stuff...

If i had a Wii and never played it I'd take it as a sign that the machine is indeed shit and I'd bin it. No, wait, I would never even own one. Why bother getting rid of you PS3 only to possibly get it back in a few month's time? That's not saving money, that's just being strange....Why not save even more money and get rid of them all, then wait for the PS4, Xbox 720 and Wii 2? Better still wait until their successors as well! Imagine how much money you'd save if you never bought a games console again 
I also like the way you said you'd dropped it and it gets moved around a lot. Its size and weight should be an indication to you that it's not designed to be moved. Hell I daren't even touch mine in case I smear it. If I dropped it I'd commit suicide lol
