I bought this as it's cheaper and works just as well, though didn't read my old PS memory card

Still after I copied my game saves onto the PS2 card, all was good

<<< direct link to item >>>

P.S. this is obviously the UK version, but there'll be one for every other region.

Alright, first post on the forum. Ok, so given that the data on a memory card can be transfered to via USB, its now possible to put your data onto your PC/Laptop. Anyway, does anyone know what the chances are, or has anyone tried, connecting the PS2-computer-PS3 to transfer data? If no one has tried it, then im about to. Ill let you know how it turns out. Any info that might be helpful, feel free to shout it out, and if you want me to try anything while im screwing things up, let me know!

Now my brilliance comes out. I just tried proving CarlosYa wrong... however... i stripped one of the screws in my PS3 and now cant get the HDD out. So, im just going out on a limb and saying bullshit. There is about a 1cm gap between the wall of the ps3 and the HDD, it could fit a memory card if it was plugged into the HDD, however, plugging anything into a HDD is unheard of, mainly because its to damn dangerous to the data on it to be pushing and pulling shit in and out of it.
