They're all wired but pretty good. It all depends on how much you want to spend. Also any bluetooth headset used for mobile phones should do the job just fine

My thoughts:

PS3 oustselling the 360 I can understand but the Wii thing is most likely due to Wii shortages and larger, regular supplies by Sony. As for PS3 going the way of the Dreamcast, we'll know at around the 1 year mark. If it can reach 10 million, great! 7 million, meh. And 5 million...its going the way of the dreamcast.
