whats your connection speed
i want to know what everyone's connection speed is because i have broadband dsl 512k and will soon be upgrading to 1mb. And is 1mb enough or should i go higher ?

Mine is fast......dsl suck.....cable good

Dang you must be next to the office.....DSL degrades over distance hence the reason for sig boosters and repeaters out in the field you dont see.

I think 512 is fine, but if ya upgrade....that fine too.

Latency is the lag...I think. I don't really know too much about it but I'm guessing that the lower the number the better?

Its not really that fast. It is just the cheap 6MB package from Comcast cable. I could get the 8MB if I really wanted to. I'm not sure if the powerboost thing kicked in when I did that either. The powerboost is just a thing so when you are downloading a lot of stuff it will give you bursts of speed up to 12MB.
