hey guys, i was told with the new PSM3 mag you get a cd that you can download 2 new outfits for R:FOM? got the cd yest and can't see anything on it about it, any suggestions?

i just found out the CD is double sided and has data on it, maybe it is true about unlocking new outfits, if anyone has done it before could you please step by step let me know what to do.
