its not hard to install them. the top shell comes off relatively easily. you can do it yourself. all the skins look good but i think i'm gonna stick to the black one because its the original colour

i contacted the website and shipping is $15 to south africa and $23 for ps3 and 2controler skins.Here in sa there is a place called myskins.co.za they charge $57 for ps3 + controller skins.So im ordering from hotps3skins.com very friendly and helpfull people!
