Best forum that i know of.Here are no such forums here.As a matter of fact i havnt met another person from sa with a ps3.He he lucky me.Ah well its not bad here.Just we get ripped with prices as games are between
R500-700 and ps3's are bout R6500-7000 thats a bitt less than a $1000.Pretty whack hey???

hey guys im havin a problem with my ps3 network, i do the wired connection setup and my playstation is hooked up to the ethernet cord and when i get to the final stage were i have to save it says it succussfully finds the ip address but then quickly says it times out finding the internet connection the error code is 80028e06, anyone who can help please help lol its makin me mad i dunno ive tried alot of other websites and none help

due don't worry ur not the only outsider. theres people from india, ireland and America on here.
its a shae that the prices are so high there but never mind. just enjoy ur system man. you could get all the games cheaper on ebay. i suggest you use it often from now on coz all the best games are coming out in the upcoming months |

i had this same problem...what i did is
first diconect your router or if youdon't have on you modem...then turn it off for 1 min...then conect your ps3 to your modem/router....then turn on router and wait for all the lights to come on...then turn on your ps3 (you should have turned it off with your modem...from the back switch of the ps3) then do the connection test...select all automatic...and it should work fine...well that is what i did and i connected very easily...but i had the same error and everything....

In need of a nice stereo reciever, hopefully before christmas. Also wanting to move to LCD, maybe a 42". The rear projection is nice, but I want 1080p right now I only have 720p and not HDMI.

i dont think anyone would lie about there set up. It doesn't really impress me anyway, unless of course you had a home cinema system like Rod stewart or something.  Mine is pretty simple no surround sound, just me my 32" Bravia any my ps3, and a stand of which i had to drill a piece of wood onto the top to rest my TV on it. But hey its not bad.

I drive an 18 wheeler. You have limited room for gaming goodness. The placement of the PS3 has dual benefits...one, the shelf has a built-in shock absorber so rough roads won't unsettle the laser and it's directly in the path of one of the ac vents to help in keeping the machine cool for extended gameplay.
