Rob, be logical.
The pic he provided shows just what he had described (two horses) and him performing you request (of holding the paper up) Regardless of whether you can see the name, look at the date stamp, it would indicate that the picture was taken near the same time as your request. There is no way you can google a pic like that, It is obviously true.
