Firmware Update
yep you probably know by now but the next firmware update is going to include XMB Overlay. Finally we can now play are own music while playing our games, this should be kick ass on motorstorm.

thats wicked new. it'll be great for motorstorm but even better for gta instead of the radio with shit music.
any news on the video on demand thing with sky. i heard it was coming to the psp and ps3

Your on about the firmware 2.0 that will enable XMB during gameplay i think this will be october/november dont forget sony always do little updates every month or so like firmware 1.91 and then 1.95 and so on....I cant wait but i think it wont be here for a while yet.

Its never been confirmed "apparently" On sony's website they accidently posted all the features of firmware 2.0 weather its true or not i dont know but all the gaming sites say its true but sony just say they dont want to comment. |

Yes the page just says that sony have confirmed that it will be accesable during gameplay in a later firmware wich i already knew would be possible, the page doesnt say when its coming out and what other features firmware 2.0 will have.
