Can't get IP address on ps3 when using WEP key??
Hi - I have my wireless connection set up and working with ps3 but I want to set up some security. Set up WEP key 64 bit encryption in my router settings (Netgear 54) and I go into manual settings on ps3 to enter one of the 4 key's that are generated by the netgear software bu when I test the connection it always fails. Can someone talk me through how to set up everything manually in the ps3 settings because I dont want to carry on using the wireless connection with no security.

have you tried to use automatic settings?? then all you need to do is put in your WEP passcode when asked....
