So I got ps3 for xmas and have had it hooked up using the cables that came with the unit. A friend has a nice lcd that we hooked it up to yesterday using the HDMI cable he has. Today, I cannot get the unit to work using my rf modulator or by hooking it straight up to my tv.
Anyone ever experience this issue? I've been going nuts trying to fix this

Do a hard reset, just hold down the reset button for 30 seconds.

thanks. i tried that and i got nothing. the rf modulator does not appear to be on but tv does flicker when i unplug it. After reading another post, I'm wondering if this problem is because of the fact that its a 60gig?
not sure.

might be the video settings from your friends tv.....if reseting it doesnt work, you might have to hook it back to his tv to set it back to your tv....but reset should work...
