I have an Xbox360, yet am really disappointed with it at the moment. The games are great and I love the factor of achievements, yet the games are constantly becoming unreadable and cutting off. Its annoying me and I am considering trading it in. I can get aPS3 for cheap, and I'm just wondering whether to take the plunge - I have the money for it now. However, I don't know what is better about the PS3 than the 360; the games are the same nearly, yet the 360 has more, plus supposedly better online and achievements (love em). However, I cannot take it breaking and ruining hours of play by just shutting down.

1.Why get a PS3?

2.When is HOME out?

3.Whats better about the PS3 than the 360?

Don't want to start a flame war, I just want honest reasoning as its a lot of money for a teenager to waste!

1. It should have some real good games coming this year. If you can afford it keep both console.

2. HOME is suppose to come out sometime this year. There is no official date yet

3. For me the only thing better about the PS3 over the 360 is the PS3 is built better. Other then that i feel the 360 is a much better console. I pretty much never play my PS3 im always using my 360

How about free online play, larger HDD, 1080p output, more power (cell processor), brighter prosspects, New promising franchises etc etc

You could wait tel some really good PS3 games come out.
And I heard Home is coming out late this year not sure tho.

honestly, the 360 probably has a better catalog...for now. the ps3 has more horsepower, and should get some pretty elaborate gaming going once game developers figure out how to really push the system. look at the difference in the first releases on the ps2, and look at the stuff just before the ps3; big difference...

the biggest thing to me, that i really love now, is the FREE online play. if you play much online the ps3 is the way to go. even though the ps3 is more expensive initially, not having to pay online fees will offset that cost and become cheaper in the long run, over the 360.

what is the actual difference between PSN/LIVE?

I dont really care about downloading movies and stuff

What functions are different? In game music isnt a concern!

I don't know that much about the 360,
But I thank both system are near for now
