Great Site for PS3 Movies
Yeah so I've been using this site for a while to get movies to stream or download off of, but just today by accident I found out they are PS3 compatible right off the bat without having to convert, and though I only watched a portion of Superbad on my 40" non-HD TV, the quality looks real crisp.

That page is the main page with all the new movies, be sure to check all the pages. Click 2000-2008 on the left side for more movies. Check every few days as they update frequently, and be sure to download movies as soon as you can when you see one you want since the average lifespan of a movie on that site is 3 or 4 days before it gets taken down.
There's the link, and don't worry that's not a referral link to some free iPod crap and the site has absolutely zero spam or spyware, and I'm pretty sure no pop-ups. I've been using it for a several months and have had no bad experiences with it.
If that site, for whatever reason, doesn't work for you, you can use www.joox.net, which is where the first site gets all its movies from, except now you'll have to sort through all the movies to find the one you want.
To put it on your PS3, just download it by opening it then clicking download (divxpawa) or clicking Download under the video screen (joox). Then, put it on some USB Device, most things are compatible, I've tried 2 USB Keys, one of which works, my Cellphone, which works, and my MP3 player, which also worked.
