Situation in Spain with Broken Ps3
I would like to tell all of you how is the situation in spain.
Here we have lots of ps3 which have died because of the lector problem.
In Spain there is the SAT (Technical support service) where you must send your broken ps3 but it doesn't respond as we would like.
There are some people who haven't known about his ps3 for 3 months and have not recived other one yet.And the worst thing is that we don't know when we will recive one.
In addition when you phone to SAT they say you that ps3 which they send are completly new and people who have recieved one deny it there are refurbished ps3.
Some people whose ps3 was not in guarantee when it dies are asked to pay 250€ to repair their ps3.
I'm not talking about a minority of people, there are a lot of people (like me) in this situation.
In conclusion there is a very big problem here and I would like to know if in other countries the situation is like the situation here.
