New / PS3 Comes Today
Well first I'd like to say hello considering I'm new and this is my first post. I'm from Northern Virginia and I'm 20 years old. Going to college currently with a school connected to George Mason University. Besides video gaming I enjoy photography so you'll probably be seeing a fair amount of images from me, primarily cars, but I also take pictures of other things.
Well now to the PS3. I've owned a Xbox 360 since March 11th of last year. March 11th of this year it died so naturally I called Microsoft up to get it repaired. Well they first decided to try and dick me by saying my warranty expired even though they extended it, after I confronted them about it they were like, "oh, yes yes you are." So right then and there I was pissed off. I understand they are in the business to make money, but it just seemed shitty with a huge company like that.
Well after waiting two weeks for the box it never showed. That weekend I was going to Pennsylvania so I decided to wait till I got back which gave them an extra half week, of course it never came. Called them up and they told me they didn't know what happened so they made a new order. I got the box about three days later and sent it off.
The 360 came back about a week and a half later with the one month live and a free game (Army of Two). Naturally I was surprised, but I guessed it was their way of saying sorry so naturally I was impressed. At the time I was in school and finals had been coming up (note that I received it near the beginning of April). So about three weeks went by till I played it again. When I did play it lasted about 3 weeks and it died again.
Called them up yet again to have the order screwed up. Well anyways sent it off, got it back, and its been working fine since then.
Well I decided I was getting tired of the poor service and poor system that I had bought and decided I wanted a PS3. So I started looking around and decided the 80GB was a must for me because of all the features.
Well I found the Metal Gear Solid 4 80GB PS3 Bundle and decided I must get it. Well I missed the pre-order for Amazon so I waited till 12am PT time 3am my time for it to go on sale. Amazon, Best Buy, Sony Style, etc never did it at the times I looked so I went out and looked. All the local stores didn't have a single one so naturally I was pissed that I wasn't going to get one.
Well I happened to check Circuit city at the right time and bam, ordered it. Well today it finally arrives. I can't sleep, I feel like a little kid on Christmas night. I plan on drinking a load of tea and coffee as well as blasting music to keep me up so I don't fall asleep and miss the Fedex guy.
Sorry for such a long post, but at 3am there isn't much to do.

Socom Confrontation
FIFA 2009
Madden 2009
Grand Theft Auto IV
Gran Turismo 5 Prologue
First games will most likely be GT5 Prologue and Madden 2009.
