Firmware 2.4 OUT TOMOROW
Hi guys

Everyone knows that 2.4 has been round the corner for a couple of weeks now but I have just heard from a very reputable source that it will go live tomorrow (Wednesday July 2nd 2008)

In game XMB finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

FYI I got this info from the loaded report on CNET-TV if you want to view it yourself go to http://www.cnettv.com go to the "CNET tech shows" tab then "loaded" and select episode for the 1st of July called "both hands on the wheel" its only a small mention in the middle of the show but she undeniably said "when it launches on wednesday"

YESSSSSS. I know you didn't really do anything since I would've found out in about 30 minutes anyway, but YOU REWL!!!!!



EDIT :: Damn, still no in-game music. That's the main thing I was looking for. From what I've read, the game developers have to release patches for the games that will let you play music in game, and that will make trophies. That shouldn't take too long since the music thing is just a matter of enabling, and the trophies can all be copied directly from Xbox Achievements, except for exclusive PS3 games.

I read somewhere in the net that the trophies are and will be only avalable at online games,not like 360 gamescore. This would suck really bad.
Basically I'm not even interested in this trophies room,I play online but this feature isn't worth enough for me,no need for it.
I'm a gamer from 1998,why would we need this? I don't need to prove that I am a good gamer.
