is anybody sick and god dam tired of xbox fanboys going on about their system in forums and then dissing the ps3?

i was on a forum reading about wether or not to get the game oblivion and it started out into an all out brawl. some bitched that the 360 version was way better and for no aparent reason. their biggest argument was that the graphical updates the ps3 version would have would also be for the 360 in the new expansion. is it just me or is something wrong here. the ps3 version comes with the enhanced graphics and knihgts of the nine so u need to buy the 360 oblivion the 10$ kot9 and then the shivering isles expansion pack just to get the same experience. for someone without the game its obiously better deal for the ps3 right now. its just standard microsoft fanboys downing everything the ps3 has thats better than theirs or even rivals theirs. i absolutly hate how the new systems have divided everyone. even now wii fanboys are starting to get incredibly annoying and obnouxious talking about how amazing the wii is. i realize we do this on this website but come on sony is getting critizcied by everyone. im just tired of 360 gamers saying ps3 cant handle gears of war and live is better than the ps online and the wii fans saying they pay way less and that their system is more fun. im thinking of quitting forums just because of xbox fanboys and their biased views.

yeah the whole xbox vs ps is annoying

some people take it way to seriously...i personally liked my ps2 over my xbox and sense i can't afford both xbox360 and the ps3 i'm sticking with the company that i enjoyed more-ps3!

Personally i dont understand the whole fanboy mentality - its just an ignorant blinkered view most of the time, most are impossible to reason with.

It seems the whole Wii60 mob love to bash on the PS3 for whatever Sony news surfaces.

Oh well just give it some time im sure the PS3 will fight back and shut them all up :cool:

True it is annoying, but don't you think it works both ways? PS3 has its fanboys aswell and I reckon 360 owners will get sick of them too.

I think both versions of Oblivion have their own perks and faults. The Xbox version have plenty of downloadable content and Shivering Isles will be out on the Xbox version before the PS3 version. However, as far as I know, the PS3 version will have a much shorter loading time, something close to the PC version, and on top of that, a new pixel shader was implemented for the PS3 version.

Fanboys will always jump on any chance to criticize another system, don't let it bother you. As they mature into adults, they will realize a good game is a good game, no matter which system it appears on.

Lol us ps3 fanz aren't fanboyz at all after all! We r loyal to a reliable compny that sellz great gamez and has awezome pr! And they're totally original with their sixaxis controlz!

This has to be sarcasm.

Fanboys of all kinds will rag on whatever system is "theirs". It's bullshit. All three systems supply a great gaming experience, some more than others. Either way, you shouldn't feel like you have to back some company that doesn't give two shits about you. It's all about playing whatever you enjoy. The people that support only one specific console or company care more about parading themselves around as a "gamer" than they do about playing the games.

I completely agree. You can like one system over another but saying anything els besides your favorite system is shit is just plain ignorant.

I favour the ps3 over its rivals (hence why I joined this forum) but I still like the idea of nintendo's vc. I'm just confused though. Which online service was thought of first? The PS Store or the Virtual Console?

The VC is a very nice feature of the Wii. For people who grew up with NES and TurboGrafix 16s, sometimes, a game of the original super mario bros is just simply awesome.

Well im lucky to own all 3 systems (well by March 23rd I will, the UK launch of P$3). And each one has something over the other two! For me its not "Wii60" Its "P$Wii60". Best of all 3. I cant stand system bashers, they are not true gamers IMO. If something is good, its good, simple as. I have a nasty taste in my mouth from $ony's big headed and arrogance, they have taken the machine away from their masses with the price tag, I dont care whats in the system, Blu-Ray or not. Micro$oft got the add on HD unit spot on, you want it, you buy it, you dont, you dont buy it, its then your option, not the manufacturers.

I do have a strange kind of envy for the VC. I grew up with the SNES and it's my fave games console of all time so for me the VC would be a kind of holy grail of retro gaming lol. (I say 'would be' because I will never own a Wii because apart from the VC it just doesn't interest me)
