Tekken 5 Dark Ressurection: PS3 Download

Ok so I downloaded it, it's great! One slight problem, I can't figure out that move that Jinpachi has that freezes the other opponent. He sticks both arms out, electricity goes around the other opponent and freezes them in mid-air, not allowing them to do their move. This is not stated in the command list either! I know it is possible because I have seen other people do it.

PLEASE someone tell me the command!
