Any decent titles out soon? =[
Just wondering if there are any decent title releases soon? because i've completed FoM, got bored of F1 and Motorstorm.....well.....it just doesn't offer anything more than a mud fight lol

Any decent FPS's??????????????????????????????????????

That it?..................i was just looking that up and thats the end of this month! Terrible =[

I have it on 360 and PC....no way am i going to buy it again.

I reckon these first few months are going to be really really slow.....urghhh now i wonder why i didn't wait.....

im guessing since u have a 360 u have oblivion already. and if u dont buy it for the ps3. theres splinter cell 4 and rainbow six vegas in april

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i may buy splinter cell.............but thats like 2 months away.

What do you think of the current games that are out?

(btw i had oblivion, got addicted for like 3 weeks then never played it since lol)

Yeah, the next FPS probably won't be coming out until... Fall, perhaps.

There's nothing out that's worth playing. There is VF5, but you should have this game already.

I had Fight Night Round 3 for my PS2 and loved it. I now also own it for my PS3 and it's much the same game only without any energy bars which I think makes the experience more refined. You now have to pay attention to your fighter's body language and facial expressions a lot more because this shows how tired or beaten up your boxer is. The addition of the Get In The Ring mode is a bit naff though and you'll probably only try it once, it's nothing more than a novelty.

If you've ever played the PS2 or 360 version then you'll be instantly be familiar with the career mode as it's identical.

It's also a lot of fun online and the ESPN feature is pretty good. All in all it all depends on how much you like your boxing games. I have always liked them but I know they're quite an aquired taste. It's definitely a lot of fun though

Mate don't give up on your PS3, it's early days and it always takes a while for the really good games to come out. There's a lot in the pipeline to look forward to so bear with it

Oh don't worry. I wasn't intending on giving up on my PS3 so soon! =] I was just expecting a flurry of games after the initial release...but i was mistaken. now i sit with a console and a game i think is rather bland once you get over how good the graphics are. formula 1. I minght buy FoM again lol just so i can go through the campaign again and see what i unlocked the first time around. i know i unlocked more weapons, but i didn't even try them =[

FNR3 sounds fun, whats it like with mates? and does it last long? (the career)

Fight Night Round 3 is one of my favorite games of all time on the PS3. I would recommend that game. I also enjoyed need for speed carbon. Also, Call of Duty 3 is a great FPS if you can get your hands on it.

Anyone know when splinter cell is out?The original date was 30march,then 6april,also i cant find any reviews anywhere.Any ideas? Cheers

I've not tried FNR3 with mates as I've only got one controller so I can only comment on online play, which is excellent. It beats playing against the computer any day.

The career mode isn't huge but it will still last a while. There are numerous belts and weights to fight in and plenty of things to buy in the fight store for your chosen/created boxer. Also I forgot to mention the Classic mode which lets you relive classic boxing matches from history such as Ali vs Fraser and the like. This also adds more length to the game. Online is the way to go though

BTW Splinter Cell is out now I saw it in the shops today. And congrats on your new arrival (the baby, not the PS3 lol)

Trouble with the PS3 launch lineup is that it's not very varied, it's basically either racing games or FPS. This will improve with time and it was exactly the same with any new system launch. We were lucky, ours launched with Motorstorm and Resistance
