Bioshock will not go cross-platform for atleast a year.
I seriously doubt if sony will ever get their hands on that franchise.
MS is giving Sony a taste of their own medicine.
This generation of PlayStation owners will see less and less exclusives on their platform while MS developers will do what they can to keep exclusives to themselves.
And this strategy is working.. Sony already has to share Capcom with MS.
More and more Japanese developers and publishers see a huge potential in 360's possibilities.

) when we see sony gertting their shit together and actually getting lots of really solid games on the shelves. I'm praying that PS3 (or any other console for that matter) wont do a Gamecube and just spew out shite games. Another N64 would be nice though e.g. a console who's good games utterly destroy those of its rivals but sadly due to a lack of 3rd party support doesn't have many good games.
