So - all you bods that have motorstorm. Who can give me some decent tips as I played online and got anhiliated.

Anyone use the brake button?
Anyone handbrake turn round corners?
What vehicles do you choose on golden ticket races?
Do you come off the accelerator when going over jumps?
Basically - what does everyone do. I'm not bad at it and if I had more time would finish it quick quickly.

I reckon Rain God Mesa is the best track and good fun in a rally car though difficult to stay on the track! Nothing better than Pendulum blasting out of the surround sound and blowing up as you go over the line!

What does everyone else think?

Im still getting to grips with this myself, i find the bike is the only vehicle i tend to use the break alot with.

I find using the boost when going round corners really helps you keep to the track and take a better line though.

Yea boosting gets you back on track if you are going in the wrong direction but facing the right direction.

I only use the handbreak on Big rigs or mud pluggers and only on Raingod using a rally car at the hairpin corner (but you've got to get the timing just right!)

Vehicle I tend to use are:

Raingod : Rally car
Coyote : ATV
Rockhopper : ATV
Grizzly : Any but usually Rally or ATV
Tenderizzer : Not played much!
Mudpool : ATV
Dustdevil : Bike or Rally
Sidewinder : Also not played much!

Anyone else use the same?

try to allways use the handbrake it helps alot even on huge corners, the main thing is to practice on the tracks and find yout own sweet spots and stick to that even, i have beaten the game and i practiced alot so it does help, as for online just try to stay away from your opponents they will try to flip u every chance they get.
