alright, if you kill someone, lets say a store-keeper. will someone else take their place? or will it be empty forever?

It will stay empty. I hate that. One time I went to a small town, I don't remember what it was called but I killed everyone there besides the important people that you can't kill and now I go there and its completely empty besides two or three people. I killed a blacksmith in Corral too and now I can't get my weapons repaired or get new ones there.

well in the imperial market district i killed all the store keepers and i stole everything so im screwed if i go there. lol. and i wish the samething applied to guards

It does, doesn't it? In the town that I killed almost everyone in guards kept coming for a while but I kept killing them and eventually they stopped coming, and when I go there now I never see any.

There are lots of guards in the barracks that will keep replacing dead guards until the barracks runs out. Legion soldiers in the imperial city might be different though and they might actually keep respawning.

well i killed all legion soldiers and now there's imperial watch every where, they look exactly like the legion soldiers but they have a different helmet.

What i don't get is, i killed the owner of an inn in the middle of no were and everyone else inside, and an imperial watchman comes in and finds me, what the hell

yea i know how that feels. samething happened to me. don't make any sense. no one's around to see it so how does the guard catch you? lol

Well you should be sneaking for most of the brotherhood quests. I had this weird one where you have to kill this Draconis family.

You have to kill a guard captain so I went to Bravil (I think) where she was a guard captain and just strolled into the guardhouse in full Dark Brotherhood attire. Walked right up to the guard sleeping areas and walked in. No-one tried to stop me once. I snuck over to where she was sleeping in a double bed with another guy. Sneaking was pointless because there were 20 guards in the room who could see me but obviously didn't care. I swung my knife at her and hit the guy next to her for 6x damage...he died instantly and his body flew across the room. I swung again and hit her for 6x damage, she woke up so I swung and hit her again. She died and flew across the room. I stood up and walked out.

Not one guard lifted a finger even after I murdered two fellow guardsmen right in front of them.

alright well i found a glitch, maybe for me only. i finally got to be the gray fox, and i went around killing a lot of people with the mask on. got my bounty to 402090. well after i saved my game froze up o went back to play again and i didnt have the mask but i had a weight limit of 625(the mask has a feather spell and a spell where you can see people through walls.) i think its kinda cool but i can never go to jail. all i can do is pay gold which i dont have enough yet. or resist arrest which is fun. lol. so has this happened to anyone else?
