Nobody knows what killzone looks like atm so you can't say that.
Oblivion, the forthcoming Haze and also Uncharted: Drakes fortune look particularly special. Also Gears of War on 360. |

This is KILLZONE. I heard that its going to have some of the best graphics for now.

Mitsos....all of those images are either a) pre-rendered or b) art
The game with the best graphics ever released to date is Gears of War. The game with the best graphics that is currently in development is Crysis.

Impossible basically. PS3 can't handle AA anywhere near to that for a start.

actually it probably can...
look at the PS2. when it was first released look at the jaggies on those games...now look at games like devil may cry 3, Final fantasy games...ect

We have to wait then. But i belive that there are going to be very nice for a start. Callmege have you ever played BLACK??? Awesome graphics even for a game to pc (the game is only exclusive to SONY PS3-PS2)

thats a totally different game engine ect and the devs probably work differently =/
but black and killzone are not the same game.....there is a massive difference in graphics (i'm on about killzone 1 btw...)

Nope. The AA in those screenshots is on at least x8 and for it to produce that level of detail with that much AA is simply out of the question. It would be challenging for even the best dx9 PC graphics cards. Those shots are also using HDR and the 7800 can't do AA and HDR at the same time. |

how can we even imagine what a dev will do with the PS3 in like..4 years?..

yep look at gta and how good it looks then rockstar is saying its gonna look better at launch imagine how increadible gta would look if it was PS3 only ahh the possibilities.

It would look exactly like it would look if it was only on 360. If the technology isn't there to make games that look like the Killzone trailer then games wont look like the Killzone trailer. And the technology just isn't there. The PS3 can't handle AA like that...look at DX10 screenshots of Crysis and even that has some jaggies but the killzone trailer doesn't.
