Formula 1 Championship Edition Tips/Advices?

Hey Guys,

I've had F1 CE sitting on my shelf for quite some time now and decided to put some effort into playing it.

Has or does anyone play it? Any advices on making setting up the cars to go faster? e.g. rebound damper vs bump damper, how to adjust gear ratios, tyre pressures.
