As most of us know, the Playstation 3 version of Rainbow Six: Vegas has been released on Tuesday, June 19 2007. Talk about the game. I heard it has 12 maps plus 2 additional game modes which comes with the game but on the Xbox 360 you have to buy it and its called the Red Map Pack.

They have just stated that they are giving the add on packs for free now on 360 too, and if you have already bought them, you get your credits back automatically.

Got this game the other day. Its pretty good. I like the online games. Havent touched much of the single player yet

^Its a good game mate. Id recomend getting it. If you dont mind sneaking around. then you will enjoy it.

Is the online like resistance where you go around shooting people or do you only have a sniper rilfe and you have to wait to kill them

Except it was Ubisoft who made the decision to make it fair for both consoles, not Microsoft.

You get a whole bunch of guns mate. You choose what gun you want for you player and what attactchment you want for the guns. You get to carry 2 guns and 2 grenade types. You also are able to change you cloths and look. And it has a ranking system. The whole setup to play games isnt as good as resistance. Resistance is very user friendly. But its still cool. You dont have to wait to kill people but you dont run around like resistance ether. You just sneek around hoping to catch somebody off gaurd.

I was thinking about getting it, but I have a feeling that the online in warhawk will be better. So I'll just save my money and buy warhawk at the end of August.

Ya i have no doubt that warhawk will have better online but this game is really fun and warhawk wont come out untill the end of summer so i bought this game to tie me over and i really like it.

Yeah, I would do that but I need to save as much money as I can for my HD tv fund. As a result of that, I have to be very picky with the games I buy. And since I have a lot of games, both PS3, PS2, and PSP titles left unfinished I think I will be good until the end of August.

yea love Vegas, to me in a sense its got the serious side of gaming that resistance doesent have (thats not a bad thing cause i love resistance) but yea love vegas more strategic

resistance is good fun for the shoot em up
rb6 is good fun for the tactical side
