This game is looking pretty cool. Im not a massive Resi fan as it feels like you controlling a tank moving you character around. If they can fix the controls im will be happy.

you was unimpressed with the movie?...scoot! did you see all those enimies..sorry zombies...on the screen at once? about a dozen zombies running, walking while throwing weapons and attacking you from all sides...fast paced action...
there must be something wrong with you..

You call them zombies? Mate they're not zombies. Have you ever played Resi 1 or 2? Now they're zombies!! Not these shitty things that lunge at you and run at 200mph!! This game has taken too much influence from 28 days later and it's lost its old Resi charm. Rubbish I say. But don't cry about it mate it's only my humble opinion.

yeah i was just reading upon that (sept issue)...
i'd say it's one of the best PS2 titles ever, worth a crack mate
and scoot, i know they aint zombies and yes resi 5 has taken too much from 28 days later, but that's the best part. it's more tense..zombies that walk like they are drunk aint no fun to kill..but to kill a zombie influenced by 28 days later is awesome!..

Ya Resident Evil 4 was the best game ever I have it for game cube (bought before i heard of PS2 port) and scoot the other games were slow paced things change people dont like slow paced games, they dont sell...to make a classic game into a successful game they must make it appeal to a wide-spread audiunce. The slow pace got boring after a while and the resident evil series started to get hurt. And thats when they made it more of an action/survival/horror instead of their usual survival/horror. And now look at RE4 it is the number one game for the PS2. Were all RE games number one? I dont think so...
