It's been debunked, HMV said it was a mistake. They told their web people to put up a poll to see if people would like to be notified if this was ever announced to be on the 360 and they wanted to preorder it, but instead the web guys thought they meant put up the option to preorder.
Its ps3 only, could you imagine snake controlling that little robot with a six-axis on the tv screen while playing with a 360? lol
