ok just joking with my title becaues half of you guys are english but is anyone picking up this title...looks to be the actualy first next gen football experience..no more running in place when you are running the ball up the middle or anywhere on the field ( i've been waiting for them to take this out of the game for a while it takes a lot away from the gameplay with reality and all) i'm thinking of getting this or graw 2...i just don''t like all the crap in the hud in graw 2 (like being able to tell when you can shoot someone or not with a red outline and other stuff with the yellow boxes telling you where to go but that is just me... i like cod and crap like that) so i'm thinking of getting madden 08 tell me what you guys think...good game or not (referring to madden 08)

im getting both im a huge maddden fan and ive been waiting to get graw two since i saw it on 360.......BTW madden is a great game and this verison will be the best yet with all the new gameplay features and new owner mode it would be a great buy if your a big football fan but if not then you should get graw2 first then pick up madden later.

and you must already know about the 360 verison of madden running at 60 fps and the ps3 at 30 fps.......

but i would still buy the ps3 verison

i only have a ps3 so all games i buy will be for the ps systems...and yeah i'm a big football fan...i got all the preseason games recording on my dvr as we speak....i think i'm going to get madden to hold me over till lair and then november games...at least with madden there is hudge replayability to it

cowboys fan here...i'm liking romo a lot better than bledsoe...hopefully he doesn't drop the snap on the field goal like last year in the playoffs lol

does anyone know if it will be in stores availible to buy on the 14th or is it being shipped out to the stores on the 14th?? i thought i read somewhere that the street date is the 14th but i can't find it anymore

the eagles have no quarteback they have a good running back they have an ok D brian dawkens is awsome but all in all there not that great of a team but madden 08 is basically exactly like 07 except for new rosters it being the first next gen game and then the new icon feature but basically its not as amazing as it should be i mean sure they may make franchise mode a lil better and superstar mode better but yea unless ure a die hard need a football game then get ncaa 08 its alot better in my opinion anyways

the eagles have a great qb he is a five time pro bowler but he has just had some bad luck with injuries these last 2 years but donovan mcnabb is still a top 5 qb in the nfl. but then you say they have an ok d but they got takeo spikes and lito sheppard who are both top 5 at what they do.

btw..........Who is your favorite team ???.......i hope not the steelers because they a going to win 7 games this year at max and be third in their division behind the ravens and bengals

i don't have a football game anymore it got sent off with my psp....but i'm looking forward to it i hope it is on shelves tomorrow because i wanna play football now!

he was dissing my team too the Patriots one of the BEST team in the NFL if not the BEST, he's a steelers fan damn loser, doesnt know what he's talking about lol just the typical hater, lets see 1 superbowl for the steelers and they went NO WHERE last season ha , the PATS THREE superbowl's and u know more's coming, best offense and defense in the league( ravens may be tied with them on D,) lets not forget Moss,stallworth,thomas, yeah thats right keep hating

oo sry i didnt no they got takeo spikes ive never heard a single word about him being an eagle so im sry and heres my apology they have a good defense but donovan mcnabb being in the top 5 no way the dude gets hurt way to often and isnt that big of a threat on offense if they still had TO theyd be alot better cuz TO can make the big plays and yea im a steelers fan and no there going to be competing for first in the devision cuz rothlisberger was able to not be hit by a car on a motorcycle without a helmet

Ok Cross I went to Gamespot last night waited in line at midnight and got this game and then rushed home to play it........And heres what I can say for it...............It's the greatest Madden game yet...AI is hard to pass and makes it feel more realistic. The gameplay is smooth and there are little loading times (the first one thats big and before and after a game) Double teaming helps out a lot so you dont miss the guy like in 07....The have a type of "hall of fame" as they did in 07 but havent tried it...Didnt go online yet and didnt start franchise just yet...so this is a great game you should pick it up if your a fan of the sport like I am.

Mcnabb is still a top 5 in the league

1.tom brady
2.peyton manning
3.donovan mcnabb
4.carlson palmer
5.marc bulger

ben rothlisberger is a top 10

and they have kevin curtis and reggie brown two good WR's and with brian westbrook running behind one of the best offence of lines in the league with mcnabb's strong arm they will have the number one offence in the league again like they did before mcnabb got hurt.

their offence is better without T.O because every body makes plays not just 1 guy.

btw....5 out of the last 6 years the eagles went to the playoffs and 4 ncf championship game but they have not won the big on yet
