has anyone noticed that everything coming out of sony thats first party has been given a wide spectrum of reviews? lair has gotten 5 out of 10 and 10 out of 10 from others. Warhawk got a 6.5 out of 10 from PSM and a 9 from PSM3. And even heavenly sword is getting bettween 6-7 and 10 for reviews. i dont know whether to buy these games or not!!

For instance BIoshock. it was unaminous that that game deserved 9 and higher in its reviews, so thats what it got. why cant we just have a sweet game already!!

there is like 4 games on gamespot that rate over 8.0 on gamespot for ps3..

so i dont know, if you like it you like it i guess.i think warhawk is gonnab be a big hit thought, unless it turns out to suck

PSM was rated by a Xbox fan-boy for Warhawk btw. He took all his points off because no single player and that was all he had.

who hired him wtf, reviews should only be extra info into buying a game u should never make ur choice on the score level, just keep up to track with the game u know, watch lots of vids, read what u can. just keep on track. dont rely on someones else opinion. their review should just be more info for u to make ur choice

Dude, rent the games first if you can't decide. It's the cool thing to give ps3 games a bad review these days. I will be picking up Heavenly Sword, Lair, Warhawk and Ratchet & Clank day 1. I haven't bought a ps3 game since Ninja Gaiden, so I can afford it.

true i never look at the scores games get. i go by what I like.

Shouldnt let reviews bother you after all its just what just one guy thinks of the game, it shouldnt really change the way you look at games mostly all 1st parties games coming out this fall are one day purchase for me beacuase i love SCE games that much even if they score low reviews like what happend with Genji 2 or Untold Leyends i still enjoy them, its gonna be hot and very expensive to keep up with all the master pieces SCE will drop this fall HS,Uncharted,WarHawk,Lair,Socom,Ratchet & Clank ect.

but isnt anyone frustrated with 360 getting the masterpiece of bioshock and nintendo, metroid 3 which have both scored in the high 90s? Im frustrated because i thought heavonly sword was a shoe in but it seems extremly short and non replayable. I hope at least one sce game this year hits some success because with halo 3, mass effect, super smash bros brawl and super mario galaxy, ps3 titles are looking down

that is because those games are well known...and most of the playstation games are new so not everyone gets the same experience on the demo's that they send to places because they like different things

Personally I don't like deciding whether a game is good or not by reading/watching reviews. I like to play it a form my own opinion. And if I like the game I buy it.

i research the game and if i like whats going on then i buy but if i'm not sure i wait to play the game first like at a buds house if he owns the game or rent it then i buy if i like
but i read a lot of articles and watch a lot of vids and try to get as must of a video review as they put out...those are always good to watch because you have the developer explaining the game as you see it so you know what it is
i never look at the score that one guy gives it
if i like a game and he doesn't should i not buy it...f that

"Genji: Days of the Blade" is an amazing games as well, mayby the best in graphics up to date.......

i own it and it's one of my favourites, it's awesome!!

i don't understand why the reviews are not so good, where awfull games get a higher score.....

i don't pay attention to game reviews that often i just go with whatever i like the best.
