Mom won't let me get GTA IV
My mom would'nt let me get any of the GTA series games even though i found my ways around it. She doesnt like the games because of the violence and...well...the violence.
Is there ANY WAY of giving really good points as to why i should play this game or anything that would change her mind?

While you live under you parents roof, you should listen and do what you mum tells you. It sucks you cant get them as there great games, but hey sh*t happens.

well you could use the argument that it movies and tv shows have the same amount of violence in them but you should listen to your mom.

I'm sure you know someone of age to buy it for you. Even though a majority of retailers don't check ID for M rated games. Worst case scenario you could give the cashier 5-10 bucks to let you buy it.

well what you should say to your parents is do you ever see the killer or the sycotic mother ****er playing video games in the movies...no they are all brought up in a broken home
people who blame the vidoe games is a cheap way to take a stab at our nation
i don't know about most but i've been playing violent games for a long time and never have i once decided to bring the violence to the real world so just tell you parents that killers kill because they don't get their way

Ok, firstly, The GTA series are 18 rated games (M for mature in America) So I don't see any reason for your mum to say that your not alowed to get it.
But, if your really and truely desperat, tell you mum that it's just a freaking Game! Theres violence around the media these days and that it's rare to find something that dosen't have violence (unless your mum gets something like bugs bunny). Also, try to say that you'll do some chores around the house or something. However, if you do say that, stick to your words!
If that dosen't work, Then I don't what will xD
