I played it, the graphics are great, in fact amazing... but i didnt like the game play... nothing on pro evo... and that comes out later this year,
the tricks and stuff are cool on Fifa 08, but i wasnt drawn in by it...

i guess it is personal preference, i just thought it wasnt as fluent as the pro evo, altho vastly better compared to Fifa 07...

but yeah, those are my opinions.

can you help me and advise how you change your captain in FIFA08 as i cant seem to find how to do it

i changed captain by takin the original captain and selling him

fifa 08 is fluent enough when you play the passing game. it's what the game was built for..passing. you can no longer do two though balls and score a goal..you now have to rely on build up play. passing. it makes the game more realistic and with much much better AI it makes the game awesome. there are leauges now so it's not the same teams every season in the premiership and other leauges. the player likeness's are mostly spot on and the stadiums, while not featuring the main on i want, villa park, are still greatly detailed and vast..from old trafford to a leauge two ground..the atmosphere is different.

10/10 from meh!

fifa has defo improved over the years. EA have taken some elements for pro evo have recreated and introduced their own version of these elements into their fifa games. its a good game but has nothing on pro evo, it never has and never will

so i take it you can only change captain by selling him then you cant choose your captain yourself. Do you know if you can change the controls as i prefer the d pad to move my players than the left stick
