But I don't want to give it time. I paid over 400 notes to get the best console and as I've already said it's no better (at the moment) than the competion in front of it.

I dont think it's unreasonable to want the best now. You wouldn't go out and buy, say....a car and pay top whack for it to then be told you'll have to wait another 12 months to get the best out of it. Oh yeah, then be told that 12 months time it'll also be half the price you've just paid.

You say Halo 3 and Gears are "crappy" (you words not mine). Tell me, have you played either of those games? because if you have then you'll know they're not "crappy".

It's a bit rich to say this when top draw games for the PS3 are few and far between.

I think what I've said here is on the money. I paid £425.00 for a console with not many top draw games. But it's ok, cos at some point in 2008 things will start to turn around and the quality will be there for all to see (we hope). But by then a PS3 will cost about £150/£200 than I paid. Tell me Dave, does sound fair to you? £425.00 is alot of cash and I don't think its unreasonable to get what you pay for from the off.

Please don't comeback saying "it's the developers that are at fault cos they are useless blah, blah, blah cos thats an easy get out.

Dave you're obviously a fanboy and won't have anything said against Sony or the PS3 so it's pointless having a debate will you any longer on this issue.

u gt a fair point drewsie bt at least u paid £425.00 for it and gt sum sort of entertainment out of it. i mean resistance and motorstorm were fantastic launch tiltles, and we played it b4 all those that decide to buy a ps3 wen the price drops. we also played warhawk, jericho and others...so see it ain't so bad. we've all had our fun with it bt now the real fun will begin so sit tight!
