Because the other two were. Name one video game series that has produced two really shitty games and then gone on to produce a good third game. Or even one series that has had a terrible first game and a great sequal.
You wont name any, because there aren't any. If you want to play a game that sees you mashing the same crappy combos over and over again, then go play a 5th generation wrestling game like WWF Attitude. At least they were so bad they became funny. |

The difference between 360 and PS3 is that 360 has GOOD shooters.
