Definitely Call of Duty. Online is fantastic, the graphics are awesome ,and the gameplay is kickass. Although Drakes fortune is good, you will get bored of it once you complete the story. With Call of duty you wont, because of the online mode.

Whats Halo 3? Was that on the SNES?
Anyway, get both. Uncharted is amazing, and you just can't deny COD4. If I was in your situation, I would get both.

Personally I say both too. COD4 is the nuts, can't wait to own it... plus Uncharted is beautiful in HD (even without it's still well done)... plus there is still stuff to do when you complete it... harder settings, treasures to find, 'skill points', keeps the anally retentive gamer like me happy for days!
And nah Halo 3 was on the Spectrum, it didn't make the grade to get on a SNES ;)
