Warhawk Omega Dawn booster pack free!
Booted up Warhawk today and was prompted to install the new patch - which I did was then taken to the ingame store and downloaded the booster pack for free! Gods stuff - new maps and dropships are great - been playing it all afternoon....back in work now tho

I'm gonna get it tomorrow because I'm working tonight  . I transferred money to my playstation wallet earlier on so that I've got enough to fund it. Looking forward to this one |

Looks like it was a problem with the online store that set the price of the download to 0. When I downloaded it it went to the psn store but the price was zero (very nice of them I thought). Just read on another forum that it's a bug with the pricing - not sure if they corrected it yet I downloaded it about 12pm GMT.
Kyic - Warhawk is a great game - imagine an arcade version of battlefield without all the hassle (loading times, lag etc) It never slows down and i've never seen it lag even on servers with 32 players! I'll be honest - when I first played it I wasn't sure but the more I played the more I liked it - after a few hours I was hooked. The Motion control for the fighters (warhawkes) is great also - with the new content also you cant go wrong £20 download on psn. & yes I know cod4 is great but I have it on PC where u can use the mouse......

You dirty liar, no free new maps and its costs £3.99 for a new level with dropship.

I would say Warhawk If like me, you have played all the Cod series on PC and bored with the format. Cod 4 is pretty and there's no doubt it's a good game but it's mutch the same as all the other call of duties just different sprites. Warhawk is completely unique and refreshing online game. |

yeah pricing was mucked up. i had to pay £3.99 for the omega pack. Mind you it was well worth it. the new map is brilliant

Ye I've had Cod4 since it was released on the PC and I probably would have bought it for ps3 as well as Warhawk if it had k/board and mouse support just to play it in my living room on the big hdtv & surround. The only real difference between cod 4 and the earlier games is the graphics and the new theme & the stolen the reward system from battlefield. Im not taking anything away from it it's a good game but not very original - Warhawk is original & I can't think of 1 game on pc that does what warhawk does as well as it .. no lag - no long loading times... no server errors.... |
