Hello all, just got a ps3 yesterday and of course i got pro with it, was just wondering how i would go about setting it up for internet play. I have no ethranet cable yet and we use a wireless internet system in my house, the reuter is upstairs, the ps3 downstairs. How would i best go about setting it up for online play. Thanks!

Just switch ps3 on goto settings then scroll down to network settings then select connection type. Then you will need your wep key (think thats what its called) and you should be good to go. On a different note pes8 sucks online

thanks for that! dont mean to sound stupid, but do i need the ethranet cable to do that?

im finidng this pro harder than the other one, i used too consider myself a gpd of the game, now i struggle! o well, thanks

no you dont need an ethernet cable your ps3 has built in wifi and should pick the wireless signall from your router. All you have to do is goto settings scroll all the way down to the network settings and it is all there how to set it up.

ok, thanks alot, got it, just lost my 1st match 4-3 o well! btw, do you know that those numbers mean at the top of the screen during play, above the player 1 and 2 symbols? also any tips on loosing the lagging
