Well if you like first person shooters then you should get Resistance: Fall of Man for sure, it is a great game. That's really the only game I've played so far but it is awesome.

well if i were you i'd get HEAVENLY SWORD.... dunno if its out yet but i'd get it for sure if i had a ps3.... and by the way, you said you won the ps3 off that site rite?? so did u have to pay any fee or anything?? or did u just get it... like not have to pay for sh*t?? haha cuhz imma try that SH*T!!!
if your up for the killing then yea resistance, but id say madden 07, tiger woods 07 and fight night round 3. I have thp8 and its a good game but could be better and no online which makes me really mad. But if u have followed the tony hawk games then yea man go for thp8
