Warhawk Or Call Of Duty 4?

So which do you guys think is better? im thinking about buying warhawk..what do you guys think?

Honestly you have to play both and see if you like the FPS Genre more or Flight Combat. They're really similar actually, both are chaotic shooters and COD4 isn't as tactical as one may think, nor is Warhawk.

Also, make sure you have online because Warhawk is literally useless without it, and COD4 is practically useless too b/c the campaign is only worth 2 or 3 plays max, and the local multiplayer is pretty dull since it's only versus.



Anyway, if you want my opinion, I'd say COD4 only because a lot of my friends have it and it has the campaign.

cod4 IS alot more tactical than you think, especially S&D.

You should try both if you can. I have both and prefer WarHawk because it feels more open and being able to fight in the skys as well as the ground does add to the game. It depends on what sort of shooters you prefer though as COD4 is more realistic where as WH goes for the fun side of combat.

I am on the edge of trading my Warhawk for COD3.

There is some teamwork required, but in terms of combat, most people just run around and gun down people and toss nades. And, unfortunately, these people are often the good players online. The only common "tactics" I see are snipers, but that's arguably nothing more than camping.

to storm building and defend bombs need quite alot of tactics

I prefer to snipe but I usually don't camp,
I go to specific spots, Look around, if noones there I leave to another spot, If i kill someone I move to another spot.

But running around and throwing random nades really is waht makes the game interesting
If u want a fast paced crazy gun, killing game then COD4 is ur better choice

I love Warhawk, and downloadable content comes out pretty often for it featuring new maps, weapons, etc.

i personally thought cod4 was awesome...the level where you follow the dude whos covered in grass is incredible.

i was debating over warhawk for ages.........is it still worth getting it do people play it ? isnt there a new one comming out soon?

i say he/she purchases both.

Warhawk boasts 4 player splitscreen online with 32 players, great vehicles (jeep handles weird but not bad), and giant maps for some epic battles. it's hard to get into so you really need to play the tutorial.

And Cod4 is an absolute masterpiece, but it's offline multiplayer is dull, and if you want a great online FPS then you really should just pick up Killzone 2, i personally think it's better.

Cod4 would be a better choice in the log run for satisfaction. Warhawk on the other hand has way more downloadable content and can host more players. Warhawk is only fun when you hit a server that has people who are crap at the game, thats a rare commodity these days. Though both games are shining stars in the multiplayer universe.
